Need fuel pressure regulator

I have a 1996 Mercury 150 hsp EFI s/n OG373338 and need a fuel pressure regulator, factory p/n 814012 2. My problem is Mercury no longer makes this part and has none in stock. Any help in locating one would really be appreciated.
