9.8 prop problem

I have Mercury 9.8 serial 9395101 for use on 13' 6" fishing boat. It came with 2-blade prop, 8 spline.Motor revs high & goes nowhere fast. Does it need perhaps a 3-blade , larger & with more pitch. If so where do I get one as they don't seem to be listed for 9.8. Please help.

The prop hub may be slipping, scrib a line across hub of prop and prop washer under prop nut, take boat for a run and check to see if line is still aligned, if not prop is slipping and needs to be rehubbed.

Have fitted Blackmax 3 blade 8.5 x 8, much better. cost £40 new off ebay.
