Tiller to remote parts??

Want to convert a 2000 9.9 Merc bigfoot from a tiller to remote. It has tilt and electric start. S/N OT138849 Model 2000 9.9 ELH. What parts do I need to complete this? Oh and it already is connected to the main motor.
