1984 merc 35 hp Tiller arm Part#

Does any one out there have an old parts book for 1984 Merc 35 hp
that can tell me the part # for complete change over from remote
steering to tiller arm and manual shift lever I found complete part
list but not for complete assy. kit.Some body told me it might be Part#
78551A30 but he could not tell me for sure. any help would be Great Mark

None of the steering handle assy kits. for 1985 and older motors are available anymore through Mercury.
