getting frustrated

I have a older 20 hp model 200. going off the "and up" parts from the serial # nothing jives. Called merc and was told it may be Canadian. I need a lower unit seal kit and an impeller but the impeller was wrong and I don't want to play the guessing game. Serial number is 7100366
