Where is the kill switch/wire location on a Merc 400E Super Thunderbolt?

I just purchased an old Glasstron with this motor on it. I took it out for a quick spin when I bought it, ran at WOT no problems but then stalled when I went to let it idle. I since have not been able to get it started. Wiring to the stator and rectifier are good. Bought a brand new deep cycle marine battery for it thinking that was the problem. I tested for spark and am not getting it at any of the plugs. Pulled apart the magneto assembly and found points/magneto to be okay. Where would this kill switch be located? I have a manual locking tilt assembly.

It would be on control box or next to key switch if it had one.
