1980-82 25hp mercury parts?

Took the carb apart the other day to find the float is filled with gas. Looking online everything I see is no longer made.

Where can I buy a new float? Would hate to not get this running over a float!
Any help would be appreciated.

did a little more research for a part number on the float 1399-8139. It's the BC1A carb.

Or if there is a way to plug this hole?
