oil leaking

Hi all,i have a 1995 /75 outboard ,ive had oil leaking out of the cowl for some time now and have been trying to find where it is actually commeing from have now narrowed it down to leaking from all 3 carbies ,also motor is starting to smell very fumey,any ideas on these to problems would be much appreciated.Oil only happens when motor is tillted all the way up(as for transport) also dosnt poor out but ,from home to boat ramp or over night, the well has oil in it,again thanks pete.

That is not uncommen, you can verify float valves/seats are clear from debri and are set properly. Many cases there is not much to be done. You can run out of fuel before transport.
