For Boats.net parts people trigger assembly

Will a trigger assembly come with the plastic ball and clip in the arm that operates it or do we have to order it as a different item ? Could not find it on the parts diagrams. Do not want the boat down another week for a fingernail size piece of plastic. Its a small item but a big deal to the boat owner when the motor wont run.
