  • oil alarm

I have an efi 225hp mercury v6 that the oil alarm keeps going off on. When running on the hose it is evident it's getting oil by the blue smoke. Also we checked the sensor on the top of the oil res. mounted to the motor with an ohm meter. It also seems to work fine. don't know what to check next. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Check level sensor at external oil 50:1 tank.

EFI and OPTIMAX engine produce very tiny smoke due to complete burning and ratio between fuleil eficiency, if a lot of smoke indicated, make sure oil and oil return hose connected correctly.
