my boat will run down the lake like a new 1 run the boat at 4000 rpm and it like it jumps out gear rpm gos high it a 1995 in x shape can any one help my name guncollector/ i hit c thin a g boat has a 50 force thanks

Does it work properly if you give it throttle slowly? You may have spun the propeller.

yes the boat run good if you start out slow and if you speed up to 5000 it does it like it kick out gear if you slow down and over it fine

i went and look took the propeller off and it look fine so i dont know what it is it got to be a simple prob the boat runs fine thanks for all the help it so good to have a web page like this one thanks

Check that shift cable adjustment is set correctly, make sure when shift into gear cable fully engages shifter into gear, if all that ok then shifter parts inside gearcase worned.

if your prop is bad will it slip if you put it gear and turn it by hand thanks
