I have a 1969 20 hp merc 200 with a leaking lower unit. I will likely need a new prop shaft, as the prop has a slight, but noticeable wobble to it when spun. I will also be ordering a lower unit seal kit # 26-66303A 1, along other oil seals around the shift, drive, and prop shafts. I am not planning on replacing any bearings, however, are there any bearings that should be replaced anytime the gear housing is accessed? Any other tips or suggestions regarding parts that are likely to be worn out or those that must be replaced would be greatly appreciated.
