  • Vintage Quicksilver Propeller

I have a brass (painted) 2-blade Quicksilver Propeller that was left to me by my father-in-law. It has the number "48-31082" stamped on the hub. It's in a box marked "Quicksilver Propeller 25H5", but there are no other markings. It measures 13 3/4" across, but I'm trying to find out the exact size, pitch, etc.
Any help or lead in the right direction would be appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Biotron

The pulls up as a 48-31082A1 Black Max 13.25 x 17, is the closest I have been able to find.

Thanks for checking. I think I found that number also, but didn't it refer to a 3-blade? Does Mercury make the "Black Max"? Maybe this is what became of the 31082?

Yes Mercury makes the Black Max. But it is a 3 blade.
