  • 25 HP mercury won't start

Battery is charged - Turn key and nothing happens, few quiet cliks - All other power works - such as trim, lights etc. How do I check the starter - Need help - Also checked all fuses by battery and motor -
    Thank you, turtleman

Take a meter and check for 12v at the starter with the ignition engaged.
If there is 12v the starter is probably bad, but the best test you can do would be with a battery load tester, check at the battery cable connections and work your way back if the voltage is below 10.5 VDC under load.
A bad battery cable or bad solenoid can also give you your symptoms.
So you just don't want to s\throw a starter at it.
