95, 225 Offshore using way too much oil

MY 95, 225 Offshore is sucking way too much oil and is slinging it out of the exhaust unused. I thought it might be the pressure regulator that pressures up the remote tank which then supplies the reserve tank. The oil pump actually takes suction from the reserve tank and injects it to the fuel. No luck there. The remote tank cant keep up with the demand and the reserve tank is being sucked down. Any suggestions?

Oh yeah, also while I am moored with the engines tilted all the way out of the water oil is slowly pressured out by the pressure on the oil tanks. The oil can be clearly seen coming out of the bottom set of carburators. Could it be the oil pump????
