looking for performance advice for 03 mercury 25/20 jet

Hello, I was looking to find out if there is a way to get more performance out of my 03 mercury 25/20 jet i have checked over everything in the jet pump, impeller shims, intake fins ,ect.... The engine runs fine just looking to gain more power if able. Thanks for any help you may be able to offer.

How fast is it ? what size boat and configuration? Mod V or Jon.
