Tiller to remote shift conversion

i have a 2006 Mercury 25 hp tiller motor that I want to convert to a remote shift on a new console I am purchasing for my dingy. I would also like to convert this motor from manual start to electric and add power tilt and trim. What kits do I need to purchase to do this conversion? Thanks....Pat
