2003 Mercury 115, 2 cycle ELPTO
I have this boat for almost ten years. Starting having trouble running on high RPM. When it goes over 3000 RPM doesn't hold it. I know that could be many reasons.
My question what I need to do & replace on motor that old.
So far my list is:
Fuel pump kit, fuel filter, priming bulb & line, spark plugs, water pump kit, low unit lube. Not sure about carburetor kit(s?)
Am I missing any other parts, kits for ten years engine?
BTW has only 210 hrs on it and I was taking good care, but age take its toll!
Anybody did this type of service? Who would sell all OEM(don't want chip) parts I need with good price and service.
