Where to have ECMs reprogrammed?

I know this is an outboard forum, but I hope my issue may still be solved by someone in here. I upgraded my twin 5.0L mercs to 5.7L and need to have the ECMs flashed/re-programmed. Does anyone know a place that does this kind of work, by chance? I'm having a VERY hard time finding a place that works on small blocks that can program these to the 5.7L engines. I've tried Whipple (out of California) but they didn't do it correctly, so hoping someone has another suggestion. Any help is appreciated.
