I have a manual start Mariner 20 Jet (OG473986) that I would like to add electric start to. I see a electric start kit on the boats.net site and would like to know what is included in this kit and if it contains everything I need to add electric start. Also, looking at my flywheel on my motor I do not see the gear teeth I would expect for the starter to engage on. Do I also need to add something to the flywheel?
