i have installed a new impellor in my motor. the first couple times in the water i had water coming out of the appropriate places. It has now stopped moving water throught the engine and when it sits for a while i get drips oil from the exhaust. in the past i did not get alot of water out of the engine and that is why i changed the impellor. is this oil a build up that was not pushed out properly due to the bad impellor.

No the oil build up is exessive oil, nothing to do with the impeller.
