Ok to start I am very dissappointed so far. I am rebuilding my force motor and have completed the rebuild, i have yet to fire this motor off because i have one nagging question. The head gasket that was sent to me for replacement is not a perfect match for the one that came off the moter. i can't seem to get a straight answer from anyone as to why they don't match. The water ports on the new headgasket are open on #1 cylinder only the other 3 cylinders are blocked i have called boats.com where i ordered the parts and they only tell me that the replacement gasket is the right part number 12-f476529-1 or 8246152 mercury tells me the same thing. i sure don't want to go through this rebuild again and am worried that water is not going to get to the cylinder head to cool this motor. Is there any one out there that has run into this problem before. Thank you Paul
