Default 120 sportjet
I have a1996 bayliner jazz with a 120xr in it the block is broken and was told that a 120 force block would work may have to change out the crank and will have to change out the exhaust unless cranks have the same no of splines. Does anyone know if this is true?

Yes some of the Mercury/Force blocks are interchangable.
