I got 22ft 1988 regal with a 350 mercruiser and was wondering if I can run a HEI distributor on it and where can I find some info? I have been in to hotrods all my life and this is my first boat, and i was wondering why woulnt they a simple and reliable HEI dist. systems on this boats? also can I use a one wire alternator?
