My outdrive does not move up or down when the controll swith is activated. I have disassembled the pump to check for obstructions,but none present. The pump is pushing fliud in both directions. The out drive will come up when using the trailer button and will go down(when using the controlls) very slowly to a certian point before stopping completely at about 1/4 of full travel. Does any one have a clue??

If the electric motor continues to run but stops trimming up then have a problem in hydraulic unit, could be valves not seating or gear pump failure.
