Default Motor Guide Trolling Motors

I’m trying to find part for a MotorGuide trolling motor. It is part of a Lenco Troll and Tab setup. I have looked all over the body of the motor and can not find any serial numbers. The problem that I’m experiencing is that one of the motors will not spin in reverse. I have (at the advise of the Lenco people) reversed the green data wire, the problem did not shift to the other motor thus eliminating the controller as the culprit. The motor in question hums in the reversed position and may sound strained. I took apart the motor hoping vainly to see some obvious malfunction or maybe a serial number for the unit, it was not to be. (However, I did learn the following ,what appears to be the SE Module Assembly noted as part # M899371T under the heading of MotorGuide Lenco Series for models 93829278 and up.) Note the information within parentheses was obtained from a parts list from BOATS.net

Mine contains the following information:

2002 Motor Guide
MXC096075
S/N R072205113
Software Rev. 1.08

Other pertinent information that may help:

• This is 10 wire connection for both motors
• There is a # in the portion I would call the rear ( has the skeg) with a number of TC03V209
• The Lenco controller has a model # 30011-001 lot 10163

If you could be of any assistance or point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.

Your best option is to locate a local motorguide repair shop. How ever you can look for the suspected parts on boats.net

Thanks, But actually I arrived to this site via a chat about the parts from the Boats.net site, they seemed to think I could find the answers to my questions here.
