Has anyboddy had trouble with exhaust shutter valves? Recently developed noise similar to what a high power ignition leak or snap would sound like. Happens at idle and louder slightly above idle. No problem with engine performance. Water temp steady at 175. Have not been able to do any trouble shooting while on water.

They do go bad, usually after an overheat
