boat had fuel problems so had tank cleaned, carb rebuilt, replaced fuel pump, new fuel water sep, cap,rotor,module,coil, wires, spark plugs replaced. still had problem even tried external fuel tank, still would die. when first starts up will run for 12-15 min then rpms start to die and will backfire thru carb. I can get rpms to come back up for few seconds by choking carb slightly which makes me believe its fuel related but ive eliminated everything. motor has thunderbolt ignition ive changed everything but the two modules on back which ive been told one is amplifier the other i dont know what it is. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE!

Did you check to make sure the timing is correct. Unplug the vacuume hose for the timing advance see if this helps.
