Hi I have a 70 hp mercury o/b that is not running at the present time due to my brother putting lower unit oil on the oil injector resevoir instead of 2 stroke oil. Any ideas on what needs to be done to get the motor running again?
Do a compression test to see if there is any engine damage, if not then clean oil tank and refill with oil, put oil in gas to ensure engine is getting oil until oil system can be reprimed.
