Default vapor seperator seal kit

I have a mercury 60elpt and am having trouble with fuel overflow thru the line on top of
fuel vapor sepreator. I have replaced the needle valve twice, but still have problem after motor is raised and is not started for two or three weeks. Have just ordered from you a seal kit seat for
needle valve,and gasket, part# 883224A1.
Question: Is there a special technique for removal/replacement of these parts, and do I need a special tool to replace these ?
Motor 60elpt/efi, Ser# 1A6045AD ,2003 , ref sn# ot768376

No that should not require any special tools or techniques.
