Hey guys I have a 1982 150 hp mariner outboard. The first is sometimes not all the time when I try to open her up and get on plane it bogs down. it doesnt happen with any pattern or after i idle for a while just everynow and then. I go back and forth to neutral and go slow and then faster and then she will grab and be fine for a while again. I cleaned all the carbs out there was some stuff in there but all clean now with new gaskets. new plugs obviously and I replaced the fuel pump. I use a portable tank so I by pass the old fuel tank problems and am careful when i mix the oil for the correct mix.

Next when I put the engine in forward she goes into gear then i feel it bang again like i put into gear again.
