Default Trim Wont Work

i have a mercruiser 350 mag bravo 3 and i went to raise the trim and nothing happens. i dont hear any clicking sound or anything. i replaced the batteries and nothing the only thing i can see what might be wrong is the steel wires on the lower unit from the hydraulic arms one of them is cut any ideas ??

check the fuses on the trim solenoid unit, they are in the red wires
