I have a 2009 (?) 9.8 Tohatsu. Good little eng. a tad heave but then it is 4 stroke. Very quiet and reliable. You used to be able to juice up the old 2cycle mercs with a little carb tinkering. Are there ways to get a little extra umph out of these "green " engins?
