Default starting problem, need help

i have a 94 Black max 200XFI. I took it out today and it fired right up, ran to my first spot. After 20 or so minutes it fired right up, ran to second spot. Went to fire it after about and hour and it just cranked. Tried many times, checked the battery and almost full charge. Checked the fuel ball and got good movement.trimmed up the motor and fuel was coming out the exhaust. After trying more times the battery was down preaty far and it almost fired. Put on a jumper battery and just cranked. Took it off and again amost fired on a low battery. Got towed back to the ramp and when i pulled it out again fuel coming out the exhaust.
What should i look at? fuel or spark. a friend thinks its a clogged fuel filter, but i think the solenoid may be shot.

fuel out exhaust is either bad fuel pumps or gummed up carbs

Its injected. I Fired it up in the drivewqat with no problem yesterday and today. I even messed around with the kill switch to see if that was the problem, but it still worked. I'm thinkin its pump, or a spark problem?
