Required TORK to tighen flywheel on 200HP Mercury

Need required TORK to tighen flywheel on 200HP Mercury

I have a 200HP Mercury motor and I'm replacing the fly wheel and need to know how many food pounds to tork (tighten) down the flywheel?

Also do I need to use lock tight on the nets when tightening them?
