Not getting fuel to cyl. 3 & 4 on my 1990 115 inline 4.
I have rebuilt the fuel pump and I am running from a test tank. All passages are clean and clear. The bowls have fuel but no fuel comes up through emultion tubes.
The engine bogs from about half throttle on and wants to shut off. Where could my problem be?
