Default No fire on 2 cylinders

I have a 1985 75hp merc thats a 4 cyl. Its was only firing on 2 cylinders(#1and #2).Had bad trigger wire and replaced trigger assem. Still only have fire on 2 cylinders. Any suggestions on where to go next. Stator, regulator, or switchbox

It needs have voltage output tests run on ignition system to find problem.

First thing to do is check for voltage coming into switch box from stator then voltage coming in from trigger on switch box also. If you are missing those work your way up to stator or trigger. If you have voltage on both coming in check for it going out. Being down on 2 cylinders I am leaning towards stator or trigger. Good luck
