Default Motor Swap 03 Optimax 150 to 96 Merc 200
Thinking about purchasing a boat hull that had 03 Optimax 150 DFI, will be installing my 96 OFFSHORE 200, are the control cables and wiring harness the same? Is this just a matter of swapping the motor or will I need to run new wiring harness?

Any help appreciated

If main harness at engine end has the 8 pin connector then should work.
