Model Number Determination?

I have a 2003 25HP Mercury outboard. The model number on the motor is
25EL, serial number is OT 610746. When I do a parts lookup on Boats.net for a 2003 25HP Merc, the model numbers shown do not come close to matching the one on the motor.

How do I determine the model number of this motor used to order parts?

Also, this motor is a remote control model, with both electric and pull start. Is there a kit available to convert it to a tiller?

Model is 1025312AD
Mercury Outboard Parts 2003 1025312AD
The tiller handle kit is under the accessory tab.
