1998 9.9 Mercury Motor Mounts. What is the maintenance procedure to replace them?

Unfortunately we are unable to copyright the service manual. I recommend purchasing one. If you provide me with the serial number I can get you the service manual part number.

The manual doesn't cover upper motor mount replacement procedure.

I believe on that model. You disconnect the lower mount bracket, and all bolts that go through the swivel head. Then you can either lift up with the motor or push down on the swivel head.
