Hey, got a merc 110 9.8 on the back of of my 11' skiff. I just got the motor. It runs excellent in a bucket of water. Now the first time I took it out, I could not get the boat on a plane and the rpms were racing up and down. I thought it was a bad hub, well just replaced that and its doing the same thing. Does this sound like a fuel or electrical problem?
