1984 90hp inline 6514639 tilt cylinder head and shaft??

I just posted about converting my 20hp to an electric start; i believe it is a '85 model (I can get the serial number for correct ID) and I am wondering if you have all the parts necessary to do this conversion ? And, of course how much it would cost me to do this with used parts as opposed to new ones ? If you can assist me I will then get the serial for proper ID and we can take it from there....
