Default lower unit assembly 60 hp EFI 4 cyl 4 stroke 2003
Need to know if the balls go between the follower cam and the slide on the front end of the lower drive shaft.

1. Follower cam
2. 3 balls
3. Slide

Is that the correct order for installation?

Yup, they fit in the cupped area of the follower
