late 80's 25HP convert from remote to tiller control

This may sound like a strange question but we have two 25HP remote steer/control Mercs that we use on our fishing boat and I am looking to replace both with a 50 HP but wish to keep one of the 25HP as a backup. Onely one of the 25HPs works sell so I wish to leave it on the boat but convert it so that I can control it manually via tiller rather than remotely.

Both 25HPs are 2 stroke manual start.

Any advice appreciated.

No I don't see a tiller handle kit listed for a 25hp below 1999.
