how do you mount a motor right?

My boyfriend has a 1500 hp mercury outboard motor that he wants to know the right way to mount it on his boat. He wants to know if someone can help him with instuctions of sort.Can anyone help?THANKS

What exactly do you mean? are the administrater and who ever else you said the only one that can mount it or can answer the question?
