Did anyone ever hear of an addative you add to the fuel to get the water from the motor on one that was submerged? I posted earlier about my friend who's was under water in a storm , got it running and now we think the power pack went. It cranks over just fine, but no spark. Well a mechanic in Canada told him there was an addative you mix with the fuel and it dries out or blows out the water. I never heard of it. Did any of you? And where can I get some? If he can find it, he's gonna put some through and run it.

First I have heard of that.

You would be best to drain the fuel tank completely.

Its best NOT to operate the engine until the fuel can be perged of water.

Run on a remote tank until such time.
