Hi all I have on the back of my boat 2 mercs one a older merc 1500and a 9.8 merc kicker.Is there any way to steer the 9.8 remotely with the same steering wheel as the 1500.If so can you give me some info as to how it's done.

I have the same set up and I built a linkage that goes between the 2 motors. I will email you pictures of what I have done as soon as my boat gets back from tuning up both motors. It was a very simple thing to build once I figured it out. The cost to me for the linkage and parts was about 6 bucks canadian.
