Question Electrical module 200 merc

working on a '72 -200 merc.# 3318858. Week spark on both clyd, will not start.120 # plus compress on both clyd, points look good, are set to spec.and pass the ohms test, when engine slowly turned, I beleive them to be fine. High speed coil passes ohm test, low speed coil close to passing ohm test ( 700 ohm over rang).Electrical module does not pass the ohm test ( not even close). I'm geting no reading from the condenser. All reading taken several times and per the Selco mannual, I have been very carefull to take accurate readings. I hate to throw parts at the old girl but i'm leaning on changing the electraicl module, any thoughts??? thanks...

Wiring was a big issue with those old motors, the wires would crumble.
