So i took off lower unit because it would not go into reverse the 1st time i took it apart i cleaned it real well but i took the gear off of the spline of tran like a dummy i did it before i marked it put it where i thought it was no rev on the water so today took it apart moved the gear 1 spline clockwise while in N is it going to be ok seems to be locking in(did not crank yet)
#2 there was creme color oil on drive shaft not the spline part of it but down it and around the water housing and the prop seems to wobble as i spin it(did that when i got it) but if i replace the seal behind the prop i'll need a puller and what ever that takes but won't it just wobble the seal bad again??? The bearings seem to be tight when i put the new pump in not sure how long i can run it like that and can it hurt the motor? Need Help

Sounds like you need to replace prop shaft(if wobbles then it is bent) and replace all seals to keep water out. If not repaired could result in bearing and gear damage to gearcase.
