Convert tiller to Steering & Controls

I have a 1988 25Hp, Long Shaft, electric start, tiller control. I want to convert my boat and motor over to a side console with the appropriate steering and throttle controls. Besides the steering and throttle cables and the like at the drivers end, what parts are necessary at the motor end?

The conversion kits are not available anymore, you may to look for a used one for parts.

Are you sure? I recieved info. that said Part Number: 95722A7 Remote attaching kit, would do the trick. Is this info incorrect? Also do you know if I need PN 95723A4?

That is a good number and it does look like it will work.
